2.2	Non-member student	$180 or 4,600,000 VND	$230 or 6,000,000 VND
3	Additional Fees (if applicable)
3.1	Additional page fee (per page beyond the limit)	$10 or 250,000 VND		Maximum of 2 extra pages per paper.
3.2	Publication fee for the second paper	$180 or 4,600,000 VND		The author must be the same for both papers to receive the discount.
3.3	Conference attendance fee for co-authors	$50 or 1,200,000 VND		Applicable only for in-person conference participation.
3.4	Conference attendance fee for non-authors	$100 or 2,500,000 VND		Applicable only for in-person conference participation.
3.5	Banquet ticket	$50 or 1,200,000 VND

PAYMENT POLICIES

1. For each paper, at least one author should pay a Regular/Student Registration fee by October 25, 2024 accompanied with the paper Submission Number.
2. Each Regular registration allows to register an extra paper with the suitable fee ($180 or 4,600,000 VND).
3. Student/Graduate Students/PhD Candidates Registration:
- Student/Graduate Students/PhD Candidates must be the first author of the paper.
- To qualify for the student rate, a proof of current full-time student status (i.e., a copy of student card or certification from university) will be required.

4. To qualify for the IEEE, IEEE & IES Members rate, a proof of IEEE, IEEE & IES Members will be required.

5. Extra pages are the seventh and eighth pages.

6. An uploaded final manuscript will be included in the conference technical program only after full payment of the Regular/Student Registration fee, or an Extra paper Fee if applicable. Upload of an over-length paper is allowed only after payment of the applicable extra-page charge.
7. Each Regular/Student/Non author Registration includes all conference documents, 1 special gift, 1 banquet ticket, 1 conference digest, and access to all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks.
8. Each Co-author Registration includes all conference documents, 1 banquet ticket, 1 conference digest, and access to all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks.
